New Coruscant and 61-Verginis Relations

An Imperial task force of 7 star ships drop out of hyperspace
above Cashoulis, the home world of the Cizerack, with the Star
Destroyer Dauntless as its flagship. The commanding officer is
Admiral Ettagar Tillisk, who orders the Dauntless to open a
hailing frequency.
"Ratum Ala, I am Admiral Tillisk of the Imperial Navy acting as
an emissary for His Imperial Majesty Emperor Ram Askaari the
fourth of the FO-20 Empire and its territories. I am here to
propose an alliance that goes beyond the Federation and beyond
the petty war that is brewing in this region of space. We feel
that our two species have much to learn from one another as both
friends and comrades. We bring a gift of Bacta Tanks, a
technology capable of healing wounds that otherwise could not be
healed. Please accept this gift as a token of our esteem. We
await your response with patience."

Suddenly seven unknown ships appear in Cashoulis space. The
Matriarchy scrambles to battle readiness and calls back ships.
The few ships nearby maneuver to approach the ships when a
message of peace comes through. Confused, it takes a moment for
everyone to gather their composure before returning the message
"Admiral Tillisk, This is Fleet Commander Tesharee...we have
received your message. Undoubtedly you are detecting incoming
ships from various directions at this time. They've been
notified not to fire on you unless you do so first. They are
simply positioning themselves into defensive positions. Now, as
far as your offer...We thank you for the offer of Bacta Tanks.
Coming with an offer of peace with such a gift definitely brings
favor with the Ratum Ala. I am Vice Kazakh Tarut Ratum Ala and
have authority to speak on behalf of the Ratum Ala. If you will
beam down to these coordinates (sends coordinates to a space
station in orbit), we can speak about peace."

Admiral Tillisk looks at Captain Lendix of the ISD Dauntless
with apprehension.
"Commander Tesharee, we have heard of this 'matter/anti-matter'
transport device and are unfamiliar with its technology. We
will, per our military's Standard Operating Procedures, use one
of our shuttles if you can give us coordinates for a landing
pad. We come from a different galaxy with slightly different but
comparable technology. This 'Transporter' device is still a
mystery to us." Admiral Tillisk says with a smile.

"Very well Admiral (New coordinates arrive to the same station).
Your shuttle is cleared for arrival and landing in bay 13. And
welcome to Cashoullis."
Once the channel is closed, the Commander orders the stations
personnel to prepare for accepting an Admiral. And everyone
scrambles to prepare. The Commander goes to bay 13 with her
second in command and await the shuttle.

*An Imperial Shuttle descends towards the surface of the planet
escorted by a squadron of TIE Fighters. It quickly reaches bay
13 and lowers its landing ramp. Admiral Tillisk exits the
shuttle and takes in the sight of this alien culture. Most
Imperials are Xenophobic but the Admiral looked forward to this
meeting after hearing of Cizerack prowess in battle. Tillisk is
followed closely by Captain Lendix who appears to be 'on edge.'*

The Imperials are greeted to about 200 Cizerack on all fours
dressed in battle armor with their look n shoot guns on their
backs aimed towards the ceiling as if holding rifles at salute.
There is two that stand out. One is unarmored and is wearing a
gold collar with notches on it as well as a matching gold
dangling earring on her left ear. There is another that is in
light armor with what appears a sleeker rifle but is also at
salute. The unarmored one "Greetings Admiral. I'm Fleet
Commander, Vice Kazakh Tarut Ratum Ala Tesharee. Welcome to
CSB-01." all the felines appear at ease but keenly aware of all
that's going on.

*Admiral Tillisk snaps his right fist to his heart, returning
the Cizerack salute. The Cizerack remind Admiral Tillisk of the
glory days of the Galactic Empire, when the Imperial Navy was
veteraned and numerous. Now the Empire was a mere shadow of what
it once was.*
"Your reception honors us Commander, never has the Empire felt
so welcome in an alien system." Admiral Tillisk gestures to the
young human male officer to his right, "This is Captain Terek
Lendix, the Commanding Officer of the Imperial Star Destroyer
Dauntless."
"It is an honor Commander" Captain Lendix salutes.

Seeing the alien male showing respect, Fleet Commander Tesharee
actually rises and stands erect and reciprocates the Imperial
Salute "You are most respectful for a male Admiral. I'm sure we
will get along fine. This..." she motions to the one next to her
"...is my second in command Captain Suza. She's in charge of
security on the station." Captain Suza stands up as well and
takes off her helmet revealing a missing eye and many scars and
a partially torn off right ear and salutes "Greetings Admiral
and Captain."
Fleet Commander Tesharee "If you will follow me, I will give you
a tour of the base as we discuss matters." and she motions to a
door and begins walking.

*The Imperials follow the Cizerack*
"I understand that your race is female dominated and the males
are little more than breeding stock? I've seen several cultures
that function that way, both in our Origin Galaxy and this one."
Admiral Tillisk inquires as he walks along with the Cizerack.

"Not entirely accurate. Yes, they are breeding stock but also
serve doing the menial work. House cleaning, mining, servants
work, etc. The males were overthrown when we females got fed up
with all the wars they were starting among ourselves. Now
internal squabbles are handled one on one, in courts, or in
private. It isn't for everyone but serves us well and the males
now know their place."
