Regional Government

let's start discussion on a regional government. What I would
like to see going on here is purely out of character stuff. What
I think the regional government should handle is rules for the
forum, rules for rp, approving new member apps, moderating the
forum if needed, establishing relations with other regions, the
regional military if we establish one, that sort of stuff. I
think the factions can handle in game government for their
members, and of course independents would simply govern
themselves in game. Does this seem reasonable to others?

So what style do we want our government to have. I was
originally going to model it after our namesake's. Presidential,
unicameral, democracy.

I think that sounds fair. If we are indeed to be a UFP styled
region, then as close to a governmental similarity is in order.

OK, I'll see if I can't find some sort of fan version of their
constitution and we can start tweaking it to suit us.
