       I have anger issues.
       Almost anything will piss me off.
       My friends dig their nails in my arms to make me stop hurting
       someone. Or they do whatever they can to stop me.
       I got angry at one of my friends and my other friend took both
       his hands and put them under my ribs and went in. I screamed so
       loud.
       One other time I got mad at my mom, and slap her in the face.
       Plus I leave marks on my sister.
       Help me!
