       I get frustrated over EVERYTHING

       I have a problem with getting frustrated over almost everything
       wrong that happens in my life, no matter how small.
       For example I was just on the phone with my girlfriend and she
       told me to Google two women models who she thought were gorgeous
       and she wanted my opinion. I honestly told her that I did not
       think that they were that pretty and she said "You're crazy!
       They are beautiful!" and just that got me annoyed and
       frustrated! This happens with me not finding my keys, forgetting
       to do laundry, basically everything that goes wrong.
       I contain it sort of well with my girlfriend, but when I'm alone
       I get so angry. Any advice for this?
