       Comunity Event Manager Commands
By: NoFoG Date: October 21, 2017, 12:37 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
Would you like to make an event?
       Check Element Explorer.
       Check it again.
Ask if anyone is using EM.
       Check it again.
If someone rages, you **** up.
       ----------------------------------------------------------------
       -----------------------------------------
For those looking to add to an already saved event:
       - If you are loading a race that has no cars for example. Then
you load the event and add cars to it. When you save the event
again, DO NOT click on "only include my items" as it will only
       save the cars you added.
       The explosive barrel is 1225
       The death cage is 9279
       Stingers are 2892
       Short runway is 8171
       Longer runway is 8357
       City Objects:

will spawn at once, they can be cleared in any order.

       Spoiler (hover to show)
       /em GUI Usage:
These buttons only apply to people in the event, like those who
       did /eventwarp
"Allow Multiple Warps": People can warp to the event more than
once, like coming back if they die
       "VIP-only": Self-explanatory.
"Freeze upon warping": When they warp, they'll be frozen and
       can't move.
"Delete Markers/ vehicles" button: One click deletes the marker.
Second click will delete the vehicles
"Toggle lock" button: Locks all spawned cars in Event Dimension
"Toggle shooting" button: Enables/ disables shooting in
"Toggle Freeze" button: Freeze/ unfreeze players
"Enable team killing" button: It has a side effect. Players
       won't drown in water.
"Stop Event" button: Cancels the current /eventwarp
Testing events: You can create a "test" eventwarp by putting "0"
in the warps limit box, this means the players won't see the
event creation message. Just use '/event add name' to add
       people.
/streamurl - To stream music. Works in Event/Main Dimension.
       Other stuff we can't use
       Spoiler (hover to show)
       General System Related
If you click "Stop Event", all spawned checkpoints will be
       deleted.
"Stop Event" also reset the racemode, meaning you cannot host 2
races without using stop event before starting the second.
If you start a racemode (enable checkpoints) and then warp more
people, the checkpoints are not visible to them.
Checkpoints are not visible 1 by 1 like usual to to your client
if you start a racemode while having '/showchecks' enabled.
       If you create a train/tram marker that's not on a rail, you'll
be teleported, together with the train/tram to the nearest
railroad. (Be warned, this can cause an MTA crash)
If you want to have 2 emset values enabled at the same time,
these values must be included in the same command otherwise the
second value will remove the first one.
Instead of having several saves of the same map but with updates
(like v1, v1.1, v2, v2.5 etc..) you can delete previous saves
and only keep the latest one.
Best HP value for a Hide and Seek event is 10 HPs for two
reasons : Any weapon can kill with only 1 bullet this way ( Colt
= Weakest weapon = 11 HPs per bullet ) + Falling off anything
that is relatively close to ground will cause a damage of 5 HPs,
so having a 10 HPs health will provide people with a second
       chance when falling ).
       Admin-warpped players ( Including warpping as a CEM/Admin )
won't get affected by event settings such as " Disable damage,
disable weapons, disable collisions.. etc ".
       Vehicle Related
If you freeze all vehicles and then spawn more vehicles, they'll
       not be frozen.
/emset I does not affect the Rhino.
If you enable ramps for vehicles and then load a map that
contain vehicles, a ramp will be attached to all the vehicles.
If a player is in the event when you start checkpoints, you can
re-add him to the event in case of bugs or w/e and the
checkpoints will still work as usual to the player.
If you created a vehicle marker ( /addem ), every vehicle that
is recently spawned will not act collision-less despite
disabling collisions ( The same effect holds for any newly
spawned vehicle through /rb panel ).
If you use '/emwp' to a player inside a vehicle, you'll eject
him and enter as the driver yourself.
       Map & Object Related
If you load an event map, all spawned objects will be deleted.
You can warp to a saved event map without loading it, good to
       use when travelling around.
You can destroy pickups from the Element Explorer instead of
       using '/event epd'.
The secondary color of any vehicle will get automatically
changed to white as soon as you save & load the map.
Websites with an object ID list: dev.prineside.com &
       gtasaobjects.blogspot.nl & gamerxserver.com.
       *If something goes horribly wrong...
Sometimes you may forgot to freeze event vehicles, or something
else doesn't go as planned and you've already warped players.
Follow these steps below and you don't need to use "Stop Event"
       and re-warp.
       1. Use /event destroyall
       2. Use 'Freeze Players' from the left grid in /em
       3. Use 'Warp Event Players to me'
       4. Reload the event map.
       5. Fix all the settings in /em again and confirm the emset
       values before unfreezing them.
Now you're back on square one. Same result as if you use "Stop
Event" and re-do everything but with not actually using it.
More to be added as I think of.
       CEM Area Commands
CEMs being able to create radar areas in event dimensions with
       the command "/cemarea type x y width height r g b a"
       Types:
slap = if a player leaves the area he will get instantly
       slapped.
reset = as a CEM you can remove any radar area you are in by
       using this command.
normal = creates a radar area without any functions. Mostly used
for marking an important area in the event.
heal = gives 10 HP every 5 seconds to the player who enters the
       area.
losehp = takes 20 HP every 1 second from the player who leaves
       the area.
       Note:
In width & height don't use numbers too big(ex 999999), else it
       will bug the area
