Answer Yes,In the last times people want to improve theirs ideas
and get out opinions about their suggestions.With this system
people will get other player's opinions about his suggestion. We
will discuss here to make your suggestion better than before it
was.

Answer You will earn reputation among the criminal side, and
gaining reputation is everything.

Question With the new update I cannot share my suggestion on
"Ideas and suggestions board".(as only JCM+ can) What can I do?
Answer You can share your suggestion here and other players will
try to make your suggestion usefull than before it was and if
your idea gets accepted,JCM+ players will share your suggestion
on "Ideas and Suggestions" board by writing your name below the
suggestion.
