       A few things

       1.  I have made some slight adjustments to the forum, mainly
       making it less complex.  I have also added a gallery that can be
       accessed via the top bar next to messages.
       2. Many members have been demoted, due to the merge with Typhon
       and Orthrus as well as some other past issues we have ended up
       with to many elders.  We took into consideration
       location
       age
       activity in chat
       We wanted mature members who are active, throughout all the time
       zones.  This has caused some drama and we would like to
       apologise for this, however it had to be done.
       Only the co-leaders after a discussion may now promote elders.
       Any breaking of this rule with result with the demotion of this
       elder and the person that they promoted.
       We aimed to have only 15 elders we currently stand at 18.  If
       any spots become available we will discuss who would suit the
       position and then offer it to the person.  You need not apply,
       or ask for elder.
       Just a re-cap Elders may kick anyone for behaviour and may
       accept requests to join or ask people to join if they meet the
       criteria for the clan.
       We will be releasing a new RULES list very soon covering all
       topics including elder and member responsibilities.  Now that we
       have merged the rules will be more strict but farming will still
       be allowed.
       If you have any questions feel free to message me or Lady Di on
       these boards, I no longer check my email associated with this.
       3. Orthrus is currently closed but may re-open, however myself
       and the other co-leaders will no longer be a part of it.
