       The Eastern Pact

       The undersigned parties hereby declare their agreement with and
       willful adherence to the following terms:
       1: No undersigned party shall undergo hostile activities towards
       another undersigned party
       2: In the event that an undersigned party is the victim of
       hostile activities by a third party, all parties shall consider
       it a hostile act towards themselves and shall aid that victim.
       3: In the event that an undersigned party should engage in war
       against a third party, they may seek a Guarantee of Aid from
       each other undersigned party.
       Such a guarantee shall obligate all guarantors to consider
       themselves as part of this war on the side of the seeker of aid.
       No aid is required should there be a failure to acquire
       such a guarantee.
