       [center]Treaty of Sanfred
       Article 1:
       ACAF (Armed Coalition of Aenian Forces) is to be founded, as an
       alliance where an attack on one nation within the alliance is
       percieved to be an attack on all nations, with an ultimate goal
       of uniting the continent into one nation.
       Article 2:
       The nation of Eruaenia may never again declare war on another
       nation unless the entirety of ACAF deems otherwise.
       Article 3:
       The nation of Eruaenia must ABOLISH their military, and put in
       place a force STRICTLY for SELF DEFENSE, which is limited in
       size and strength (30MP).
       Article 4:
       ACAF has complete command over all Eruaenian forces, and ACAF
       orders come before Eruaenian ones.
       Article 5:
       Peace will be achieved, at any cost.
