A majority verdict has been reached. As per the request of
several voting members, the Rocinate will be given a short
amount of time in which they may attempt to justify themselves
or cease their actions before the embargo is officially put in
place.

Cathean politicians recently thought up an idea that we
would like to present to the League. With agreement of the
League members, we would found the International Justice
Council, which would act as an international court to bring up
charges and minor disputes and mediate them using due process of
law. This has been led up to by some small yet questionably
legal and fair events, including the Euraenian terrorist attack
in Fuyuriku and the Astrothian settlers on Tianlong soil.
Cathea sees these as avoidable situations that could be solved
under this proposed Council.
We wish for this organization to have the backing of the
League, however, seeing that both with to encourage trade and
prosperity through keeping the peace.

Despite not being a member, the Republic of Kelstrom requests
for a loan of 40 MC from the league of Inter-Oceanic trade. The
repayment rate and interest is negotiable, however we would
ideally wish for a 10% repayment, for a period of 12 years. This
will mean that the loan is wholly repaid in 10 years, and an 8
MC profit is made in 12 years. 20% for 6 years is also another
option we will consider accepting.

It shall be used to extend our current space center with another
8 launch facilities.
However, we have decided to retract the offer, as we have now
found a suitable lender.
