The Rocinate Commune
Overview:
This treaty is undeniable proof that The Republic of Kelstrom is
allowed unrestricted access to the lands originally owned by The
Rocinate Commune. The Republic of Kelstrom has payed a single
payment of 10 MC to The Rocinate Commune, in return for the land
documented in this treaty. The treaty shall persist for an
indefinite amount of time.

Full Details:
1) The Rocinate Commune shall exchange the territory marked in
the map with The Republic of Kelstrom, and regard it as
Kelstromic National Territory, which follows Kelstromic Law.
1.1) Rocinite inhabitants have a period of 6 months to evacuate
the area, with Kelstromic assistance to rehouse those who cannot
afford it.
1.2) Inhabitants failing to comply are subject to Kelstromic law
(see clause 3.2).
2) The Republic of Kelstrom shall exchange a total lump sum of
10 MC, with The Rocinate Commune, effective immediately.
2.1) This is a one-time transaction between The Republic of
Kelstrom and The Rocinatil the whole amount is paid.
3) The Rocinate Commune, and other nations of Hostren, are
prohibited from accessing the land, without express permission
from a Kelstromic Delegate of Security Level 8 or higher, and
signed aknowledgment of the President of Kelstrom, and the
leader of the requesting nation.
3.1) Government Bodies trespassing on the land is considered a
Declaration of War.
3.2) Citizens trespassing on the land are subject to Kelstromic
Law, the penalty of which is life imprisonment.
3.3) Suspicious persons may be subject to interrogation.
3.4) Trespassing on areas not agreed upon whilst visiting, is
considered breaking of clause 3.1 and 3.2.
3.5) Failure to comply with Kelstromic Security will result in
immediate termination of clause 3 and their sub-clauses.
4) With the construction of a space complex on the land, The
Rocinate Commune is allowed free access to the launch facilities
(with compliance to clause 3), when the Republic of Kelstrom is
not using the amount of launchpads necessary for Rocinite
missions.
4.1) Should clause 3 be terminated as per clause 3.5, clause 4
shall remain unaffected.

With the acquisition of this territory, the KNV Bembix and KNV
Dauber have been issued with permanent patrol orders of the
island to ensure protection of Kelstromic land.

Let it be known that any intrusions into Kratiran sovereign
waters or interference with Kratiran citizens by these patrols
will not be tolerated by the Grand Republic.

We will uphold your national water boundaries with respect. Let
it be known however, that should any vessel of any nation enter
Kelstromic waters surrounding the new lands, and should they
ignore warnings, they will be forcefully boarded, or if
necessary, destroyed.
We hope your merchantmen and seafarers respect our waters, as
much as we do yours.
