IBIS Peace Offering to the IRAF

The Kingdoms of IBIS have convened and came to the conclusion
that the best course of action is surrender.
All IBIS territory, military, and other assets would be
relinquished to the control of the IRAF.
The requested terms of the Independent Bazerian Insurgency
States are as follows:
Participants in the IBIS resistance will be pardoned.
The IBIS states will operate underneath IRAF taxation and
legislation, but continue with the leaders appointed by the
people of former IBIS territory.

We accept your terms for surrender. All IBIS soldiers fighting
against IRAF will be pardoned, and regional elections may
continue as usual. A general order to stand down will be sent to
all IRAF forces.

The news has been dispatched to all IRAF field commanders. IBIS
ground units in and around Jadeash can surrender to the nearest
IRAF platoon. The IRAF Navy will move in to rescue any sailors
from the battleship.
We can assure you as fellow Bazerians that all IBIS soldiers
under our jurisdiction will be treated fairly and humanely.
