       Kratiras Begins Construction of International Stock Exchange

       Earlier today, shortly after the inauguration of new president
       Alexios Bryennios, the Archon released a statement declaring the
       commencement of construction on a bank and stock exchange of
       size never before seen in this world. According to the Archon's
       release, it is hoped that the establishment of this
       international stock exchange will "serve to foster international
       monetary cooperation, provide loans to developing nations,
       allow for increased economic globalization, and cement the Grand
       Republic as the world's preeminent economic superpower."
       As constructions on such a scale as this have never before been
       seen, it is expected that it will be at least two years before
       the project is completed.
