       Eruaenia has gone through conflict and conflict. But throughout
       all of this, Fenrir has held strong.
       It was about 500 years ago when, upon this very soil, King
       Asmerid seized port Fenrir. This was the first Eruaenian city.
       After this, the Eruaenian state began to first take hold on this
       beloved land.
       And yet the land was split again in the sixteenth century. This
       did not last however, for the splinters of Eruaenia united
       again. And under what banner was this? The banner of Baz!
       Throughout the holy war that followed, as well as all wars to
       come, Port Fenrir has never fallen. And never shall it!
       Henceforth, the Independent Bazerian Insurgency States are
       separate from the squabbling factions of Eruaenia.
       §1.0 The Kingdoms in I.B.I.S. shall remain autonomous from each
       other, and from the rest of Eruaenia.
       §1.1 I.B.I.S. shall be a confederacy, and all kingdoms of
       I.B.I.S. shall retain the right to leave and set out for their
       own path.
       §1.2 All kingdoms of I.BI.S. shall hold a council before major
       civil action. A unanimous decision must be reached before taking
       action
       §1.2.1 In times of war and other crises, the council will
       elect a King to have power of military and containment
       operations.
       §2.0 The Kingdoms of I.B.I.S. shall pool their militaries into
       the Bazieran State Guard (BSG).
       §2.1 All personel of the BSG will defend whatever state of
       I.B.I.S. is under attack, regardless of their home kingdom
