Yesterday, an IRAF task force consisting of bombers and ground
attack planes intercepted a combined Fuyurikuan and Cathean
fleet, the Fuyurikuans nobly held back the attackers as the
Cathean fleet sets sail frantically in the opposite direction.
The Fuyurikuan destroyers, defenseless against the mass air
assault, helplessly watched as the IRAF bombers made short work
of their ships. The lone cruiser, stalwart even with the odds
stacked against it, opened fire as the IRAF Ground Attack planes
let loose their missiles. Moments later, the cruiser exploded in
a large picturesque fireball as panic stricken men jump off into
the sea. The victorious IRAF air forces head back to base and
are welcomed back with a quick debrief and a large celebration.

Yesterday morning, airborne forces of the Independent Republic
Allied Forces launched a series of strikes against an Eastern
Pact naval convoy containing numerous military assets, deployed
to aid monarch Japae Balgir's subversive activities. From
initial reports, reconnaissance has discovered that the
remainder of the Monarchist rebels rendezvoused with the fleet
north of IBIS territory. What is worse, is that the fleet
contained several regiments of Cathean land units, which has a
clear motive: a joint Pact-Monarch amphibious assault on
Eruaenian soil. Thanks to fighter aircraft flying overhead, the
treacherous ploy is well-documented, and there was no doubt that
our fears were true.
In response to the developments, Supreme Commander Hummel
responded accordingly, thoroughly destroying the invasion fleet
before they could harm Eruaenian lives. The attack was swift and
brutal, but it was necessary. Today we did what we had to do,
and if needed, we will do it again.

The People of Askosia are appealed, both at the massive amount
of life lost in this civil war, and by the fact foreign powers
would have the guts to invade a nation at war, regardless of
whether that was in coordination with a faction participating in
the war. The People of Askosia ask for an explanation from the
Eastern Pact as to what on earth they thought they were doing
when they sent troops to directly aid a faction in this war.

The fact stands clear and tall that countries across this world
have been intervening. I would ask the rest of the continent
which they would prefer: A stable monarchy, firm like a rock
against the waves of the leftist devils, or would the rest of
Aenia be content with the Communists? The greatest force of evil
in this world?
I would think that any other self-respecting monarch would have
the similar force of will to prevent a Communist victory, just
as His Eternal Majesty has done, just as the rest of the Eastern
Pact has done.
His emperor sends his condolences, and regrets that his forces
were unable to join the fleet.

Communism is hardly the biggest threat in this war. Regardless
of allegiance all sides should come together to help prevent
civilian casualties in this war. After due deliberation we thus
suggest the institution of a no-fly zone for the duration of
this conflict; it will help prevent inaccurate bombings and
similar strikes of terror and will help ensure this conflict is
a little less bloody.

A No-Fly zone would only help the civillians, in times like
these we need to be careful to remember what's most important.

We understand you are not surprised the communists care the most
for the People of the world, yet that should not mean we are the
only ones to see common sense. As such we once again stress the
humanitarian value of such a no fly zone and encourage others to
speak up in favour of basic human decency alongside us
