       Signatories:
       The Rocinate Commune
       La Republica de Askosia
       I: Defense Pact
       If either Signatories mentioned above are attacked by another
       nation the other signatory shall aid the one under attack.
       II: Technology
       Both Signatories shall share all technology amongst them
       III: Both Signatories shall put aside 3 MC each year into a
       mutual fund, it's purpose to be determined.
