       Articles
       I. Non Agression- Neither signatory of this treaty shall attack
       the other.
       II. Obligation of Aid- Should one signatory initiate a war, the
       other is obligated to provide aid of no less than 5 MCs worth.
       a. This aid may comprise of MC, military units, or
       declaration of war.
       b. An attack on one country is an attack on the other.
       Should a country initiate a war with a signatory of this treaty,
       the other signatory must declare war on the attacker.
       III. Religious Protection- Members of the faiths of Tribuism and
       Bud'herism are protected in each signtory's country despite any
       previous laws.
