       The Meritocracy of Eruaenia agrees to the following terms:
       - Eruaenia shall pay war reperations of 6 MC every year for
       period of 3 years, starting next year
       - Eruaenia will guarantee that Communists will never be
       supressed or otherwise misstreated
       - The Rocinate Commune and The Meritocracy of Eruaenia are no
       longer in a state of war
       The Rocinate Commune also agrees to not interfere in any way in
       Eruaenian politics.
