Tabloid

So here's a question for you guys. I'm thinking about setting up
a tabloid/gossip newspaper in the events section. Don't know
where it'll be based out of, but that's a thought for later.
What I wanted to know was if I set this up, would people be
willing to do things like send IC leaks and letters from normal
civilians? Nothing super serious like secret military programs,
but things like gossip about world leaders and the like.
