       Infantry Upgrade Suggestions

       I would like to suggest some upgrades for Infantry:
       Strike Infantry - 0 MP - +1 ATK -1 HP
       Ski Infantry - 0.5 MP - +1 MNV while fighting/moving on Tundra,
       Polar Ice, or Alpine biome
       Jungle Infantry - 1 MP - +1 ARMR while fighting in a Tropical
       Jungle Biome
       Sniper Infantry - 0.5 MP - +1 MNV during combat (Not during
       movement outside of a battle)
