The Great Union of Astroth is an ancient coalition of tribes,
all of which still contain their own separate laws and
governments. The GUA is however lead by a 'Chief Chief', who is
elected from the Chiefs, by the Chiefs. The Clans themselves
however have varying ways of electing their own Chief, who
represents their clans wishes in the Clan Council. The Clan
Council is the GUA's highest authority, and is lead by the Chief
Chief. The Clan Council decides what actions the GUA will take
outside of their own borders. They do not, however, decide what
the individual, and autonomous, clans will do in their own
territory.
