       See the little doggy that appears when someone has posted a new
       post? Thats our mail mutt. But... We have no one to be our mail
       mutt. Being the Mail Mutt DOES make you a staff member, but if
       you aren't trust-worthy... Were going to have to ban you. We
       don't like to ban people either! I like a nice clean List of
       banned people. In order to be so, no-one can be on it! Just fill
