Audio Troubleshooting
I hear chimes in the background! It is annoying!
This is notifications same as you have on your phone. Just need
to mute notifications. Press the volume button and you see the
slider for volume pop up and a bell icon on top of it. Hitting
the bell icon silences notifications. Either use a mouse to
quickly click on it or use the remote control's mouse mode to
move the mouse cursor to where the bell is so you can quickly
hit the ok button on the bell after hitting the volume button.

I am getting No Sound! Help!
1) If you are in the media player, press the Home/Android button
on the middle of the remote to go to the home screen. Turn up
the volume on your remote on this screen.
2) Press the Mute Button on the top corner of your remote to
ensure it wasn't accidentally muted.
If you still get no sound at all:
1) Check your HDMI cable or your optical cable, whichever you
are using. Use a different cable or port of the TV or a
different TV.
2) Check the volume and mute on your surround sound system or
TV, whichever is applicable.
The Audio cuts out intermittently
1) Possibly the link or your connection, an audio version of
buffering instead of the normal video skipping.
2) Possibly an issue with the HDMI cable. Try unplugging the
HDMI cable on both ends and reseating them. Or change to a
different HDMI cable.
3) Check the Audio settings on the home screen by scrolling to
the right to "settings", then choosing "Device settings", then
"audio" and change your settings where it says select formats to
see if it makes a difference.
The Lips are out of Sync with the audio! (Applies to inside the
Video Player only)
While watching something, you can adjust the Lip Sync of the
stream you are watching
1. press the OK button on your remote
2. Click to the left till you get to audio settings.
3. Choose "Audio Offset" and click ok on it.
4. Adjust the slider left and right depending on your needs
until it is synced properly.
This is typically caused by a combination of the link itself,
plus all the devices that are a part of the process for the
audio. (The box, surround sound systems, TV lip sync settings,
etc...) So there is no master setting that works for everyone,
it all depends on your connection and your setup.
