Welcome to the world of streaming! Whether you are brand new to
it, or have been using it a while but are new to this forum,
this will serve as a starting point to get you going on helping
you learn your box and having the right information.
First things first... utilize this entire forum for all your
troubleshooting needs and also to keep up with announcements if
there are any major things or updates that need to be done or
need to be communicated to the mass user base!
the main address for this entire forum is <a

/>Please save this to your bookmarks, and reference it often in
case new topics are added or steps that may change.
The forum is divided into categories. The Announcements and
Updates Section, and the troubleshooting and guides section
which contains all the main guides and steps for doing
practically everything. There are two guides sections, one for
one type of device, and another (this one) for various branded
devices.
What is/isn't a streaming media player?
As you might know or can guess, your device is an android based
device that allows you the ability to enjoy a wide array of home
entertainment in one place. Whether it be live, on demand
viewing, sports, gaming, music, or any other thing you can think
of. Ok, so what is your media player NOT? It is NOT a device
that magically produces things out of thin air on command 100%
guaranteed without fail. The content has to exist on the
internet and be both available and operating properly from their
sources in order for your box to find it and in turn, display it
for you. Therefore if it isn't out there, or the servers that
they reside on are suffering from technical issues or overloaded
servers, then your box can only give you what it itself
receives. With this in mind... all that is promised is that the
team will give you their best in terms of keeping up with
software to ensure they have the best applications available for
your entertainment needs.
Ok, now that we have that out the way, let's get on with how to
become familiar with your media player.
How to run the initial setup.
The intial setup is located here ---> <a
href="

/>Setup</a>
This will be how you set the box up initially, and also the
steps for after a <a
href="
HTML https://tvboxsupport.createaforum.com/general-discussion/factory-reset/">factory<br
/>reset</a> if you ever need to do a factory reset for
troubleshooting purposes.
Running a Manual Update
This should be done when there's a new version of the build
released (current version is displayed on the page in the link
below). You can compare the version of your current build which
is under the clock while inside the media player to what is
listed in the link. If it is showing a build higher than what
you currently have, you know there's an update available for
you. This will clear out your media player and re-download the
media player fresh. This is also good to try if the media player
is acting funky and you want to be sure everything is as it
should be. This can also potentially (but not guaranteed to) fix
the issue where the TV guide is blank.
Steps for this are here.. ---> <a

/>a manual update</a>
Running a speed test
This is the first thing you should do if things seem to not be
working right. If absolutely everything you are clicking on is
giving an error or saying could not play please check the log..
your internet might have lost connection maybe. Run the speed
test and verify you are getting a good amount of speed and that
it is also consistent and not giving you peaks and valleys
during your test. Smooth flat bars is what you want and a low
ping.

Pairing Authorization/Finding good links
Some movies and tv shows on demand will cause a popup to show
saying you need to authorize your box and have a website on it.
You don't have to use those links but if you do, you have to
pair the site to your home's internet connection first in order
to play them. Each time you pair it is good for 4 hours.

More very useful information about how on demand links work and
Live TV options
This will explain how the files out on the internet make its way
to your TV, who controls them, and why it may vary on being
successful at finding good links.

Optional Premium Service for on demand
There's a 3rd party optional service that has nothing to do with
Netmaster but it can be synced to your box. It makes watching on
demand movies and shows a whole lot easier and better because
you have access to better quality links that are both more
reliable and have more HD options usually.

Distributing the box
The more you learn your box and become comfortable with it's
operation, the more you will love it! As human beings, we for
the most part LOVE to tell others about something we feel is
amazing and worthwhile, especially something that can give so
much and save so much as well monthly! You may feel inclined to
help distribute this gem of a device!
There are two options for distribution. You can either buy in
bulk at a more heavily discounted rate, and then turn around and
sell them yourself to others for a nice profit! This option
requires you to be on top of your customers and to help them and
give them customer support. Be a good seller, don't be one of
those sellers that don't bother helping their customers or
explaining it properly. Informed customers are more likely to
have less issue and in turn, will be more excited and will
repeat buy or be more inclined to give you referrals! You will
essentially be your own independent business and be responsible
for your people.
Or if you want zero up front investment, and just want to refer
people and have us handle stocking the product and supporting
the customer, you can refer them to the main webstore to buy and
we will give you a referral commission for every sale we get
from you. A promo code that is linked to you can be created and
when someone uses it we can know that the credit belongs to you
based on the promo code and can give you credit for each sale.
please email admin@theamazingbox777.com to
discuss these opportunities!
