Refreshing your media center
Close out of your media center at least once a day, or anytime
you feel it may need to refresh itself. Simply pressing the
power button one time only puts the box to sleep, it doesn't
actually close out of the apps and power down.
To do this, inside the media center, scroll to the "Power" tab,
and go to force close. Confirm it and it will exit out of the
media center.
Select the media center again to reload it.
Wait a few minutes to ensure any background updates or processes
are finished before using.
Remote control Issues/Tips
1) Put fresh batteries, and make sure the batteries aren't in
the wrong way. Yes this happens frequently believe it or not.
2) Make sure no LINT is stuck on the battery contact. YES this
has happened before to someone.
3) If your remote is truly dead no matter the batteries, you
will need a replacement. contact your re-seller to see if they
sell replacements or if they don't have any, email me at the
email above.
4) In the meantime while waiting to receive a new remote, you
can use almost any keyboard and mouse, both wireless and wired,
to control your box. This one is pretty convenient since it is
both in one unit ---> <a
