       Main TV Guide not displaying channels

       If you open the main TV guide and it doesn't show any
       information or load any content, try the following.
       First, make sure you are connected to the internet. If you have
       suddenly lost connection to the internet while the PVR attempted
       to load the channel lists, it can cause the TV guide to be
       blank.
       - Exit the Media Center by going to the Power Tab and then
       choosing force close.
       - Press the return button to go to home screen and then go to
       speed test and perform a speed test to confirm your connection
       is solid. Instructions for a speed test here --->

       If you are getting good and stable speed, go back to the media
       center and try again.
       If the TV guide still isn't loading, try to reinstall the media
       center.
       - Scroll to the Installer tab and click down on update.
       - Click continue and let it run
       - Press OK when it says it is done and needs to force close.
       - Open the media center again and let it load.
       That's it. You're media player should be refreshed. Try the TV
       guide again. If the TV guide is still down after that, then the
       client which it gets it's data from may be temporarily down for
       maintenance, so use the other live TV apps built in.
