       A <strong>fairy tale </strong>is a type of short story that
       typically features <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">folkloric</a> <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">fantasy</a> characters, such as <a href=\"\"
       rel=\"external nofollow\">fairies</a>, <a href=\"\"
       rel=\"external nofollow\">goblins</a>, <a href=\"\"
       rel=\"external nofollow\">elves</a>, <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">trolls</a>, <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">dwarves</a>, <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">giants</a>, <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">mermaids</a>, or <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">gnomes</a>, and usually <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">magic</a> or <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">enchantments</a>. Fairy tales may be distinguished
       from other folk narratives such as <a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">legends</a> (which generally involve belief in the
       veracity of the events described)<a href=\"\" rel=\"external
       nofollow\">[1]</a> and explicitly moral tales,
