       CONSOLE Brick Loading

       Just made a better version (Finished it one hour ago)
       1 - Does not contains /reloadbricks (I feel good)
       2 - Incorrect file detector (If theres no file, return;)
       3 - Works on dedicated (Better than before)
       Now, I may make loads of classic maps, or just ask Rexx to make
       lots of maps for us. (Please, 10 or more)
       Then I'll work on map cycle (The hardest part was Brick Loader,
       The rest is considerable easy)
