looks pretty good, do you think you could expand out the blacks
and transparent blacks into their own rows.

Tried, but it looks crappy to have every other column have 11
colors, and two columns with only 6 colors in each. Plus, it
exceeds the color limit. the Transparent grayscales column would
delete itself... literally!
