Forum Watchers

An additional member group has been added. I named it Forum
Watcher. On Saturday, December, 2011 8:28 PM.
Basically Forum Watchers are supposed to do the following;
Anything goes wrong, report to a global mod, mod, or an
administrator. Or maybe an Epic Team Member (Epic Team Member
may be a new member group soon. Work In Progress.
They are allowed to post on topics and give warnings. Basically
a mod, but like a step down, or a resigned mod.
Forum Watchers may have more abilities later on.
This will be updated and modified.
Just to note you.
