Reincarnation ReCycling

I will finish to open all talent buildings next 2-3 weeks. I
must decide reincarnation for %16 Attack Bonuses. First of all i
certain decide to play with Greyjoy after i had finished all my
reincarnation cycle.I must decide the choose Attack Bonus.I
decide already to which is Bartering and Spying.The thing is i
will take battle bonuses barter and spy but i want one more or
two.
I searched some of things. For example Greyjoy's Kraken Seal
giving me Fight and Harass Attack bonus and i thought i decide
already being greyjoy so if i gain fight attack bonuses with
reincarnation would be great easier for me ? Is it rational ?
I dont wanna choose to many attack bonuses so Bartering , Spying
and Fighting is it good to with Greyjoy ? If our alliance need
harm action maybe i should choose Swindle too.
Harass is the battle category so i should choose all battle
attack bonuses.
*Barter,Spy,Fight,Swindle. > Harass
Our experienced guys what do you think ?

Not sure I understand the question.
If you like Greyjoy, you should plan to maximize your battle
talents, starting with harass and then fight. Everyone needs
SOME Barter talents because everyone always needs silver. But
you should become good in your main job first and then grow into
the secondary job. For Greyjoy #1 is harass and #2 is fight.
If you don't like aggressive attacking then Greyjoy would not be
for you because that's all they do. But give all the fealties a
fair try. If you REALLY like having the extra 16% in so many
things, you can reincarnate several times in each fealty,
getting all the permanent talents. 9x in each fealty would do
it so for harass, fight, spy and swindle, you would reincarnate
36 times. And I know people who have done more than that!

I will try again.I nearly finish talent buildings 2-3 weeks
later. Permanent Bonus Attack = %16 means we must 8
reincarnation for each.
I'll play with Greyjoy all reincarnation cycle finished. I
decided the getting Permanent bonus attack > Barter , Spy but i
want more bonus attack i just cant decide after getting spy
bonus and barter bonus.
