reincarnation during AvA

Hello all-
I am looking to reincarnate when is the best time so I can
contribute to AvA? When does the next phase start?

I think the next phase starts the 19th, but don't quote me!
The best time during AvA depends on who you ask. An officer or
war council member might say "NEVER!" during AvA! But if
everyone did that, no one would ever reincarnate since AvA seems
to last forever.
The first week is when the most building is happening and when
materials and silver are most needed in an attempt to build a
camp quickly, but then you are pretty much out of AvA for the
next week or so until you get some strength back and more
buildings upgraded. And since all swords are busy aiding and
attacking, it's hard to get anyone to barter you up. But there
is a case to be made for reincarnating at this time because
you'll be regaining strength to help during the latter part of
the phase when more swords are needed particularly in a close
race for a top prize.
Some reincarnate during the final week or days of AvA because by
then most alliances either have their spot or are not going to
make it. There is always a need for silver to repair camps or
materials for a final upgrade. This enables you to contribute
your power during most of the phase, and if it's obvious your
aren't going to place, you can say you gave it your best effort.
By the third and final week most alliance know whether they
have a legitimate shot at a prize and if they are out of the
running, they begin planning for the next phase, learning from
their past mistakes and the successful strategies employed by
the winners.
DB likes to change things up, and they are the wild card in all
of this. You never can tell when one of their changes will
reverse the fortunes of an alliance.
So it's an individual decision and depends on how much stuff you
actually have and how anxious you are to go to a different
fealty. Reincarnating helps the alliance in the long run
because once you have all of your fealty buildings upgraded, you
have much more power at your disposal.

also, please change the title to 'reincarnate during AvA'.
We'll have plenty of reincarnation questions, and the title has
to specify the topic more specifically.

Winnie I am perfectly fine with that. Since while I like being a
Baretheon I am excited to try something new. I can hold out and
horde as much silver, speed ups, weapons and goods as I can so I
can donate as soon as camps open and we have our game plan.

Ha! Baratheon! Baratheons are particularly valuable during AvA
because they arguably make the best defenders and attackers in
the game.

Here's a simple TO DO list fir reincarnators:
It goes like this:
0. Make permanent whatever you can of your best SS and
equipment, and give THOSE things the best seals you have
1. Strip all your SS of all equipment
2. Donate what you can to the challenges and to the camps.
3. Sell all of what is left (including the SSs themselves, exile
them). Anything permanent will not show up so you don't have to
worry about selling them.
4. Donate all your silver to the camps.

Can donations be done before the camps open? or just hold out
until its time?

i dont know the Make permanent and giving seal things. and if i
do permanent thing on my main character , after the
reincarnation those things still permanent as well ?
