       Strategy for keep and donating War Spoils

       Here's a little tip for stockpiling spoils that helps our camps,
       our challenges, and plans for the next war phase:
       -  Once you've determined that you will not be able to upgrade a
       camp further (will be in the message of the day when this
       happens), stop donating ANYTHING to it, including spoils.
       -  Keep on playing, and potentially gaining spoils.
       -  After the last day of play is over, donate the remainder of
       the spoils after dividing by three (modulos of three) to the
       challenges.
       -  The day before the new war phase, convert your remainder
       spoils, three of old moon to one of new moon, in the Alchemist's
       Guild
       And, boom, you've got the new moon's spoils, perhaps enough to
       get things upgrading into the high VP level quickly! Before
       anyone else has even started...
