What Speciality should your first 10 SSs be?how should I use
       Talents at first?

       Stark -- Battle/AID
       Lannister -- Trade/SWINDLE
       Greyjoy -- Battle/HARASS
       Baratheon -- Battle/FIGHT
       Targ -- Intrigue/SPY
       Martell -- Intrigue/SABOTAGE
       Tyrell -- Trade/BRIBE
       Tully -- Trade/BARTER
       TRAINING POINTS
Until you are near 200 points in your keep, you should train
your SSs for the lower case Battle/Trade/Intrigue value by your
       fealty name.
You will need to pick a speciality the second time you train.
Pick the item in upper case by your fealty name. BUT, don't
train this percentage until you are close to 200. The math is
simple. 1 percent of 140 is just 1, and 1 percent of 210 is two!
you'll get double strength using the general training until you
       hit 200 in your keep.
       TALENTS
When you get talents to assign, do it in this order:
The Battle/Trade/Intrigue Screen - The first talent, fill it up
before anything else. For a Stark, this would be AID - 'Direct
Route' - 3% for every talent point, up to 24%. Then, fill up
the top item on your fealty screen. Again, for Start, this gives
       you 16% on Aid hits.
After that, I like to fill up the rest of the top items for your
category, for Stark, Battle, as this helps with BOSS Quests.
99% of quests always have a Battle option, and your AID sworn
swords will also get these percentage boosts to help them as the
       hit with battle.
After that, speed ups are lovely to have, and then of course you
can start thinking defensively. Pick the SECOND talent for the
other two attack types - that will give the strongest defence
fort these - because that's all you really need for trade and
intrigue if you are a Stark - just defence.
Then, you'll have a determined your priorities, and will have
experience, so continue on as you see fit!

And is there a way to untrain your SS's so you can retrain them?
Or do you just need knew ones?

200 points in your keep means that on the top right of your
screen, near your main character pic, it shows a 200.
Sorry, no way to retrain, exile them and replace them is pretty
       easy though.

Sorry for being a numpty, but I still don't see it.
My character pic is in the top left, and the only numbers there
are for battle etc. The right-hand-side has a number for Power,
       but I don't think that's what you're talking about.
I took a screen shot of my front-page so we're both talking
       about the same thing... :)

Okay, so you don't have 200 points in trade yet, which is your
thing, as a Lannister. Once your 134 or so gets closer to 200,
you can start specializing in swindle, by training your SSs when
they come for 1 Swindle %, instead of just 2 Trade points.
My example was talking about a Start that had 200 in their keep
(Battle), while you are a Lannister with 134 in your keep
       (Trade).
Do an experiment for me. Assuming that you've used your talents
points at least a little bit like I recommend for a Lannister
(All to Swindle Offence until all filled up). Take a naked
(strip his gear) Swindle trade guy, and a fully equipped battle
guy, and Send them on an adventure. End the mudders whatever-
       the very first one, okay?
Take not of your calculated hit number for both, the naked
swindle, and the all dressed battle, and let me know what they
are. okay? That will help up tune you up the right way.

Okay, that makes more sense. I suspect I'll have to dump most
of my SSs and start again :(
       You sell them, right?
