       Time Zones

       We have a million time zones in this alliance, so we are going
       to standardize on UTC, which is really GMT (Greenwich Mean
       Time).
       That time is displayed on the log in screen, and is available to
       convert to your local time in a million different websites.
       Like here:

       This is important to understand what time war phases and
       alliance challenges begin.  The only time posted will be UTC.
