Training SSs - Points or Percentage?

       This one is pretty straightforward.
Here's an example for Battle. Your Keep number is 176, say.
You have one SS with 32 battle points from gear and training.
He's harass, because you are a Greyjoy, and you've put all the
harass gear on him you can.
IF you put the training point to battle, he'll have a total of
       210 points for all battle
If you put the training point to harass, he have 208 points for
all battle, but at least 3 more points, for 211 harass.
Next time, if trained for harass, he'll hit 215 harass.
So, once your keep + SS points near 200, you have to start
specializing. And, keep in mind, you have many more % points in
your talents, but the best will always be your fealty's
speciality. In the example above, assuming all harass talent
points had been taken, your guys would actually be hitting at
       least 329!
Once you've picked a percentage, your stuck with it, so choose
carefully. Don't give Swindle ability to an Intrigue sword,
       like I once did...
