US imposes $15,000 visa bond on 15 mostly African countries
       --- Quote ---
       > The Trump administration has issued a new temporary rule this
week for visitors coming into the US. The policy could require
tourist and business travellers from mostly African countries to
pay a bond of up to 15,000 US dollars before they travel. We
speak to Immigration attorney Alexandra Ribe on the
implications of these new visa policy.

Fox News PANICS As Viewers Jump Ship

       > Where are all these Fox News viewers going? How is Fox coping?
       --- End Quote ---
"A growing number of Trump allies are publicly saying that the
election is over and it’s time for President Donald Trump and
his base to accept that. The Joe Biden transition process has
begun and even Laura Ingraham bluntly told her audience Monday
night she would be lying to them if she said Trump’s chances are
       good.
But there are still prominent Trump supporters keeping hope
alive and saying there’s still a chance they can turn things
around through the legal challenges going on across the country
       — a large number of which have been already rejected in court.
Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Fox Business Tuesday — days
after her split with the Trump team — to talk up the supposed
“Kraken” she’s going to release and continued making claims
about voting machines and an election so rigged it changed the
       outcome."

Rightists over at Fox News are now realizing that once you let
crazy out of the box with bad propaganda, i.e. propaganda that
lies, it can often take on a life of it's own and you won't be
able to reign it back in later. Now Fox News isn't even rightist
       enough for Trump supporters....

       > New data released from the Small Business Administration shows
that tenants of properties owned by the Trump Organization and
       Pres. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner’s family reportedly
received 25 Paycheck Protection Program loans worth more than
$3.65 million. In an analysis by NBC News, one of 11 newsrooms
that sued that SBA for access to this information, it was found
that 15 Trump- or Kushner-owned properties ‘self-reported that
they only kept one job, zero jobs, or did not report a number at
all.’ Some of the loans included $2.16 million to a restaurant
at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City that
later closed, more than $100k to two tenants at Trump Tower that
only kept three jobs, and more than $204k collectively to four
tenants at a Kushner-owned property that only retained six jobs.
The analysis of the data also found other questionable
information regarding the PPP loans, including more than 100
loans that were given to companies that did not provide any
       name.
       >
       > Back in July, the first round of information regarding
recipients of at least $150,000 in loans through the PPP were
released. Among the recipients were a number of Trump
       administration-affiliated businesses, including the family
business of Transportation Sec. Elaine Chao and a trucking
company co-founded by Agriculture Sec. Sonny Perdue. A Newsweek
analysis found at least 6 companies with ties to members of
Congress applied for millions in loans through the program,
including business with direct ties to Reps. Roger Williams
(R-TX), Mike Kelly (R-PA), Rick Allen (R-GA), Markwayne Mullin
(R-OK), Kevin Hern (R-OK), and Devin Nunes (R-CA). All of the
representatives listed above voted against a bill to require the
disclosure of recipients of loans in excess of $2
       million.

Trump Tweeting, Playing Hooky As Covid-19 Hits All-Time High
       --- Quote ---
       > As the U.S. breaks four different grim records for COVID,
Donald Trump has largely abdicated his daily job duties as
President. MSNBC’s Ari Melber reports on the public evidence
that Trump has drastically scaled back his work since losing the
election. This special report traces how history has judged
rulers who neglect their core duties, from Nero to Pres. Hoover,
and the contrast between Trump and a new, bipartisan push by
ex-Presidents to confront a once in a lifetime pandemic and
       advocate vaccination.
