       Leopold III of Belgium surrendered to Germany in 1940.

       I read that Leopold III of Belgium, who was a grand-nephew of
       the infamous Leopold II, surrendered to Germany in 1940. Later,
       the government of Belgium forced him to abdicate due to his
       surrender in favour of his son. Is he a white sheep of his
       family?
