One reason why Walken excels at playing psychopaths is precisely
because when someone with his face behaves psychopathically, it
is many times more shocking than when a more primitive-looking
actor behaves in the same way. It causes us to second-guess what
is going on, which compounds the tension of the entire scene.

First you judge personality then you see if the personality
matches phrenology stereotypes. More often than not they do. As
in all things, not always. This is why you judge every
individual on a case by case basis.

If the Hitler wasn't into phrenology then why were the NSDAP
