Please follow procedure. We are currently only removing Judaic
verses.
Ayat 16-19: ‘16. We did not create the heavens and the
earth and everything in between for sport. 17. Had We intended
to take some amusement, We could have found it in Our presence,
if that had been Our Will. 18. In fact, We hurl the truth
against falsehood, leaving it crushed, and it quickly vanishes.
And woe be to you for what you claim!
Why not only 16?
Ayat 58-63: ‘58. As for those who emigrate in the cause
of Allah and then are martyred or die, Allah will indeed grant
them a good provision. Surely Allah is the Best Provider. 59. He
will certainly admit them into a place they will be pleased
with. For Allah is truly All-Knowing, Most Forbearing. 60. That
is so. And whoever retaliates in equivalence to the injury they
have received, and then are wronged again, Allah will certainly
help them. Surely Allah is Ever-Pardoning, All-Forgiving. 61.
That is because Allah causes the night to merge into the day,
and the day into the night. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing,
All-Seeing. 62. That is because Allah alone is the Truth and
what they invoke besides Him is falsehood, and Allah alone is
truly the Most High, All-Great.’
Why not only 61?
This seems to be a recurring problem. Please check for other
cases throughout the document where you have removed excessive
text surrounding the verse requiring removal and adjust
accordingly.

Done, though there are some lines of excessive text I could not
remove due to the verses sometimes divvying up a complete
sentence (e.g. Surah 95:1-3).

the heavens and whatever is on the earth so that He may reward
the evildoers according to what they did, and reward the
good-doers with the finest reward— 32. those who avoid major
sins and shameful deeds, despite stumbling on minor sins. Surely
your Lord is infinite in forgiveness. He knew well what would
become of you as He created you from the earth and while you
were still fetuses in the wombs of your mothers. So do not
falsely elevate yourselves. He knows best who is truly
righteous.’
Why not only 32?
Ayat 6-12. ‘6. And as for ’Ȃd, they were destroyed
by a furious, bitter wind 7. which Allah unleashed on them
non-stop for seven nights and eight days, so that you would have
seen its people lying dead like trunks of uprooted palm trees.
8. Do you see any of them left alive?
'Why not only 32?'
It wouldn't be a complete sentence if I removed verse 31.
'?'
The Adites aren't mentioned in the Tanakh, but the prophet Hud
is speculated to be Eber, an ancestor of the Israelites. It's
showing how Hud was a Judaic prophet who was sent to the people
of 'Ad and how they were wiped out for worshipping false gods.

"It wouldn't be a complete sentence if I removed verse 31."
31 is the one I am saying should be in the final version of the
Jamia, which should read:
To Allah alone belongs whatever is in the heavens and
whatever is on the earth so that He may reward the evildoers
according to what they did, and reward the good-doers with the
finest reward
This is a complete sentence. What matters is that the final
version of the Jamia is in complete sentences! The document
containing the removed verses does not need to be in complete
sentences!
"The Adites aren't mentioned in the Tanakh, but the prophet Hud
is speculated to be Eber, a descendant of the Israelites. It's
showing how Hud was a Judaic prophet who was sent to the people
of 'Ad and how they were wiped out for worshipping false gods."
Even if Hud was Eber, Eber is not a prophet in Judaism. Strictly
speaking, he is not even an Israelite, since the first Israelite
was Jacob (Abraham's grandson), whom Eber preceded by many
generations:
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eber
Eber was a great-grandson of Noah's son Shem and the
father of Peleg, born when Eber was 34 years old,[1] and of
Joktan. He was the son of Shelah, a distant ancestor of
Abraham.
Moreover, even Israelites, so long as they not regarded as
prophets in Judaism (e.g. Jesus), are acceptable to us.
Please go through the document and remove also other verses
mentioning Hud (unless Judaic prophets are also mentioned).

removed or disemboldened.

"any and all mentions of 'Ad and Hud have either been removed or
disemboldened."
Why have these not been removed?
38. And the people of ’Ȃd and Thaműd met a similar
fate, which
must be clear to you Meccans from their ruins. Satan made their
evil deeds appealing to
them, hindering them from the Right Way, although they were
capable of reasoning.

13. If they turn away, then say, O
Prophet, “I warn you of a mighty blast, like the one that befell
’Ȃd and Thaműd.”’
Ah. I thought it would be best to leave those in for some
reason, since they mentioned the people of Thamud, which was
specifically mentioned on the old Jamia blog. By the time you
respond to this post, they will have been removed. Would you
like me to also remove the mentions of Shu'aib (Jethro)?

There is serious confusion here. We are talking about removing
them FROM THE CURRENT DOCUMENT that we are working with.
Something removed FROM THE CURRENT DOCUMENT is something which
WILL APPEAR IN THE EVENTUAL JAMIA. Yet you seem to be talking
about removing them FROM THE JAMIA.
Are you following what I am saying? Right now you should have
two documents:
1) the stuff we eventually want to keep
2) the stuff we do not eventually want to keep
When I am asking you to "remove" something, I am asking you to
remove FROM 2), which means you must cut it out of 2) and then
paste it back into 1). Is this what you have been doing so far,
or not?
