The more neotenous men produce less sperm, therefore would be
more inclined to save it up. The absence of a corresponding
mechanism in women leaves the picture much less clear.
I would imagine that the less neotenous women are more likely to
view the man as a reproductive partner. But if so, then one
possible reason why they would be more likely to wait for him
without cheating is in order to protect their eggs from telegony
by other men:

Such women would be willing to wait for the man they have in
mind without cheating even though they know the man is cheating
on them!

In contrast, I expect that the more neotenous women would only
be willing to wait for a man without cheating so long as they
are sure the man is also not cheating. These are the women who
are thinking purely in romantic (as opposed to reproductive)
terms.
But for the purpose of this model we are starting off (see
original tweet) with the assumption that most men (95% according
to the original tweet) would cheat. Thus the women who would
continue to wait without cheating themselves could well mostly
belong to the former (less neotenous) group, since the latter
(more neotenous) group probably already gave up waiting as soon
as they started suspecting the men of cheating. Do you see what
I mean?

I disagree. Men who like feminine women are seeking maximum
fertility, whereas MILFs are already declining in fertility.
Also, accusing our enemies of having Oedipus complex as a way to
attack them is not recommended, since it would imply that
Oedipus complex is a sign of inferiority, when in fact it is
Original Nobility operating on incomplete information. Those
who, given the same incomplete information, nevertheless do not
have Oedipus complex are the inferior ones by our standards.

Can you elaborate on what you mean? Attraction towards your
mother (or more commonly, people who remind you of your mother),
seems counterintuitive to original nobility. Even if we remove
the attraction aspect and treat it as simply someone who prefers
their mother to their father. Wouldn’t someone with sufficient
original nobility dislike their father AND mother equally,
unless their mother was forced to conceive against her will?
Even the mythological Kronos narrative seems more like Kronos
went soft by sparing and even fighting on behalf of his mother

Prior to learning language and getting the facts, we honestly
did not know that our mother chose to conceive us. Therefore it
is expected that we at that stage confuse pre-birth conditions
(inside womb) with pre-material conditions, and thus confuse our
mother with God, and confuse leaving the womb with becoming
trapped in the material world. Original Nobility then causes us
to want to return to pre-birth conditions, which in practice
manifests as idealizing a life in which no one exists except
oneself and our mother (as an approximation to the first-person
perspective from inside the womb). It is the inferior who, being
more interested in exploring the outside world, who lack this
idealization.
