In fact, we're seeing something similar with Russia's war
in Ukraine right now. Pundits have predicted that Russians will
turn against the war any day now, but instead Russians support
Putin and his war more than ever. Not only is Russia fighting
the evil West, in their eyes, but they are correcting a
historical injustice by bringing Ukraine back into the Russian
fold. All while Western support for Ukraine is wavering more and
more. No wonder Russia is slowly but surely winning.
Duginist detected.
What this shows is that Dugin wants China to invade Taiwan.
Which is precisely why China should not invade Taiwan.
Granted I think a Chinese victory will be a Pyrrhic one,
after years of grinding out a war of attrition and sending men
to the meat grinder. But it would be a victory nonetheless, one
that cements China's rise as the leader of a new world
order.
Just as China is the winner of the Ukraine war weakening Russia
(except Eurocentrist Xi is too psychologically colonized to
capitalize on it by retaking Manchuria), Russia would be the
winner of a war over Taiwan that will weaken China (and Putin
unlike Xi would capitalize on it for sure).
China will find overland routes from places like
Russia
Homework: who would now have control over China?
At least one commenter sees through it:
The rhetoric from the CCP is very worrisome.
If folks haven't been paying attention the reunification
rhetoric has been steady and escalating, stating that military
intervention is inevitable. It entered a new phase, of drumming
up public acceptance that military action is the only way. Lies
like "most of the Taiwanese people self-identify as Chinese" but
a survey inside the independent nation of Taiwan show the
complete opposite -especially under 40- as low as 3% identifying
as such. Wonder where they got this playbook? -cough,
Russia.
And a few others implicitly acknowledge who will gain control:
I guess it depends upon whether they can get Russian oil
and food supplies

China can get oil supply from Russia via continental oil
pipelines.

In a possible war senerio,Russia easily would betray his
ally China
Taiwan donates NT$5.14 million in humanitarian aid to Israel
Equipment purchased with Taiwan funds is being used for rescue
operations in Beit Shemesh
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan has donated NT$5.14
million (US$162,074) for life-saving equipment and emergency
operations in Israel following Iranian ballistic missile
strikes, per Maariv.
At a Zihuy Korbanot Ason (ZAKA) humanitarian volunteer
organization conference on Tuesday attended by thousands of the
group’s volunteers, Abby Lee (李雅萍),
Taiwan’s representative to Israel, emphasized the depth of the
partnership between the two countries.
Lee said that since the Oct. 7 attacks, “Taiwan was among the
first to strongly condemn the terrorist attacks, and provided
humanitarian aid and financial assistance to support kibbutzim,
communities, and local authorities that were affected by the
attacks and the threats that followed them.”
The representative highlighted in particular a dedicated
contribution of NT$5.14 million, which was used to purchase
life-saving operational equipment. “We are particularly proud to
contribute to initiatives led by ZAKA and are pleased to see our
contribution transformed into equipment of real value on the
ground,” she said.
She said that in Beit Shemesh, where nine people were killed
after an Iranian ballistic missile struck the area, ZAKA
volunteers used portable lighting towers purchased with the
donation. The equipment enabled operational work under complex
conditions and during nighttime hours.
“Our contribution is more than financial assistance. It is a
message of hope and solidarity to those affected by the war,"
Lee added, "Taiwan and Israel may be geographically distant but
we are neighbors in our values, small democracies under constant
external threat that continue to thrive and stand by one
another.”
