       Racist attitudes have been rapidly declining in the late 20th
       century, and kept declining in the 21st albeit more slowly.

       This is just between "black" and "white" identity. What do those
       same "whites" in the survey think about Arabs, Chinese, etc?
       What do the "blacks" think? What do both "blacks" and "whites"
       think on Native American culture?

       Should add too, that any person who self-identifies with
       "whiteness" is a racist because "whiteness" is itself a racist
       identity:
