How about you describe your current diet, and I will try to help
you simplify it?

Rice/pasta
Baked beans
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs
Very lazy cooking…
I feel as if I’m simultaneously bloated and lacking nutrients. I
feel best on low carbs/high fats and protein. I want to eat
vegan to have a good conscience.

Surely you need more fruit and/or vegetables?
As for simplification, you can try cutting the pepper and herbs.
I'm assuming your pasta made of wheat? Perhaps rice and wheat
are the wrong cereals for you? You can try out other cereals
such as maize, barley, millet, oats, etc.. Or you can try
non-cereals such as potatoes.
"I feel best on low carbs/high fats and protein."
Try nuts (peanuts, walnuts, cashews, etc.). (Note: I myself do
not eat these, but based on your description I am guessing I
have a very different metabolism than you, so they may work for
you.)

Thank you, I will definitely try changing the cereals I’m
eating, eat more nuts . Perhaps I have to eat a vegan gatherer
diet to avoid feeling bloated as I don’t have fast metabolism
unfortunately.
When I was young, I remember my mom used to force me to

We all know what she (inaccurately) means by "American". ::)

Yes, because:

Watching that part of the film that makes reference to the
Norwegian and Scottish fishing industries, my jaws just dropped.
How often have I heard from non-veggies around me who would only
eat salmon from Scotland and the Scandinavian countries! In
fact, this is the attitude among many pro-west/pro-white
Hongkong people who have been blinded by the many years of
propaganda that gave them the impression that anything 'western'
is bound to be of quality.
I was in south China some years ago when I happened to be
strolling the streets and saw some beautiful kiwi fruits in the
fruit stalls. I never knew kiwis are originally from China
because all those we have in Hong Kong are imported from either
Australia, New Zealand or some other countries of the West. I
bought some from one of the stalls and found them so much more
delicious than kiwis I've ever tasted, and I couldn't help but
wonder why we don't have them in HK - they are plenty and cheap
in price, and only a short distance across the border. Do we
really have to import less delicious kiwis and all the way
through sea and air from Australasia to buy them expensive in
the supermarkets? I was instantly told by those around me that
being goods/foods from mainland China, they won't sell in HK.
On the other hand, imports from the western/white democracies
are all trusted to be of super quality. Pathetic!

They would have to truly be ‘American.’
There’s ways you can do that having come from somewhere else, as
most of us at one time have.
But you definitely don’t achieve this by being an admitted
vegetarian.
Doesn’t matter you say all the right things, it’s fucking WEIRD
and inspires distrust.
‘Look I’m just like you!’
Yeah - Except you’re NOT.
Unfortunately, the image of an "American" being a red-meat
eating cowboy has been firmly etched into public consciousness.

As Demographic Blueshift proceeds:
HTML https://vegconomist.com/studies-and-numbers/new-study-shows-veganism-is-up-by-300-in-us-with-9-7-million-americans-now-plant-based/
Political leanings correlate with how vegan each state
is, with the top 10 biggest vegan states all largely Democrat
voters, and the 10 lowest vegan states all largely
Republican.
This is why it is so important that Blue rhetoric emphasizes the
Americanness of Blue voters as opposed to the anti-Americanness
of Red voters.
