I agree. The simple lunch style of sandwiches, salads, and
crackers seems like something I would enjoy (aside from the
ham). I am used to "ethnic" food with a lot of spices myself,
but I don't see any problem with "bland" food either, as long as
you're getting the necessary nutrients and it is cruelty free.
My only problem is when "Whites" ridicule "non-White" food for
being "smelly", while they themselves bring meat, the smell of
which is unbearable for people such as myself.

Having said that, what would you consider a typical "White"

It's the same pattern with every field. Instead of attacking
actual Western architecture, they call brutalism "Western" and
attack that. Instead of attacking actual Western dance
(ballroom/ballet/etc.), they call twerking "Western" and attack
that. Instead of attacking actual Western dress, they call
T-shirts "Western" and attack that. Instead of attacking
post-Renaissance Western history, they use the Dark Ages as the
representative of "Western history" in order to claim
contemporaneous non-Western superiority in comparison. And so
on. Even when they attack "whites", they always go with the lazy
trailer trash stereotypes instead of Achillean-Faustian Homo
Hubris.
The one thing they never do is what we do: repost the examples
of Western civilization that our enemies (Duchesne/Culture
Critic/etc.) are proudest of and ATTACK THOSE.

What is a good minimalist diet with as few ingredients as
possible, that is still optimally healthy, that you guys
recommend to eat? I don’t really care about enjoying millions of
different things.
