No country was ever meant to have an economy dependent on
tourism, and none would have developed such an economy in
absence of Western civilization. Sri Lanka needs to get its
population back down below the organic carrying capacity of the
land, as was the case prior to being colonized:

The rest should emigrate ASAP, preferably to its former
colonizers Portugal, Netherlands and Britain (Canada, Australia,
