It doesn't have to be video games; other media with such
messages would be just as bad. Anyway, you should try to compile
a list of Indian media with folkist messages and promote these.

P@jeets can't get along with their own caste. Hell, they can't
even get along with their own relatives. You expect them to
adopt folkism with other ethnicities?

Historical grudges exist among relatives and castes. What
historical grudge exists between Indians and "blacks" (that
predates the colonial era)? On the other hand, both have an
obvious historical grudge towards the same colonial-era
oppressor. This is why folkism should be easier.
But even if it is not easier, we still have to try.

Your timeline doesn't matter to them, they think indian history
falsely dated by British. They date rig Veda to 25,000 bce
during last glacial maximum and Ramayana to 14,000 bce even
before advent of agriculture and wheel. I am quite surprised in
fact they are dating ayurveda to

I never really cared that Hindu mythological dating was
"unrealistic" tbh. It just represents a different worldview than
the West.

Numerical exaggeration was an ancient literary stylistic device.
Criticizing this is similar to 3D video game developers
criticizing 2D video games for being "unrealistic", or Western
filmmakers criticizing fight scenes in non-Western movies for
being "unrealistic", and so on. Westerners just really enjoy the
material world and do not want to get away from it even for a
while.

It sucks because the directors don't understand subtlety or
aesthetics for the most part. There's no depth. There is no
culture of "Easter Eggs" in or a penchant for details. It is
all a gaudy show where the illusion falls apart quickly if
you start to take a close look.

One reason why I watch Western remakes of non-Western movies is
to contrast the filming styles of the exact same scenes:

The way in which 300 sets up plausible deniability for itself is
by having all the scenes except the beginning and end scenes
being a visualization of the narrative of Dilios. Thus, if
confronted, the creators can say that they are merely portraying
how Spartans/Greeks (Dilios and his audience) subjectively
viewed themselves and Persians, as opposed to an attempt to
portray how Spartans and Persians actually were. They could even
argue that the film thus actually depicts Spartan barbarians who
project barbarism onto Persians as a way to propagandize other
Greeks into siding with them against Persians.
But we know and they know perfectly well that the intended
spectators of the movie will not view it this way. Rather, they
will (just like Dilios' audience) take Dilios' narrative as the
truth. Which is of course the actual intention of the creators.
This is equivalent to Trump saying: "I'm NOT going to call Chris
Christie a fat pig."

Newgrounds Flash cartoons featuring Nintendo characters were
popular in the 2000s:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=oL1PPxMzR0w
I liked the nostalgia they invoked, but I always felt that they
were somewhat Westernized in their presentation, as they were
adulterating the previously non verbal characters. Most of the
creators are from the 2006-2009 era of Internet, right when they
were entering teenagehood. This is when Islamophobia was picking
up, and New Atheism/Satanism had become popular among the youth
in the West (mainly through the internet, but through Network TV
via South Park). The "edgy" parodic style of humor present in
such shows can be seen in the cartoons as well.
I can see why Nintendo would have sought to take down these
animations, as they would not want their brand to be associated
with this.
