Chu On Interest Rates, High Prices: ‘If Rates Go Higher It Will

While on this topic of inflation, here's another thing I do not
understand about cryptocurrency: If hyper inflation sets in as
it did in the Wiemar Republic, and a loaf of bread ends up
costing a wheelbarrow full of cash, won't people who hold crypto
coins still have to pay a wheelbarrow full of money for a loaf
of bread? You will still be paying the hyper inflated price just
like the rest of us, no? So, how is crypto actually a viable
option against inflation and hyper inflation exactly, I don't
get it?

I still don't understand why "being rich" was ever the end all
be all goal for anyone? Seems like the only real worldview of
most capitalists is, "hey, we ain't got **** else for you so
just try and be rich I guess...."? What a lazy-brained and
uninspired worldview that has turned out to be! Unfortunately
though this worldview is quite literally destroying the planet,
and has resulted in the ****, murder, and oppression, of
billions of people, human and non-human alike.

even if you do everything right even if you save regularly even
if you invest wisely even if you binge watch finance channels
and even if you were lucky enough to be born in a country with
some degree of social mobility you probably have a 1 in 10
chance of making it at best

don't like to hear it it's much more fun to binge watch channels
or read books that promise that if you do this you will be rich
if you learn to manage real estate you will be rich if you turn
credit cards you will be rich if you live below your means you
will be rich it's easy to see the appeal but how many works is

look at a few reasons why you will never be truly wealthy

The crypto currency someone holds may be worth the equivalent of
a wad of cash today, but that same amount should be worth
several wheelbarrows of cash in a Weimar hyperinflation
scenario.
What I myself don't understand is how one would make a
transaction at a store with crypto. I don't understand what a
store would need to receive crypto. A customer would have to
memorize their private wallet key or carry it on a drive and
risk losing it. Simply handing over an ounce of silver would get
you a bag of groceries.
The energy consumption also goes perplexes me. Is this massive
power draw because of the just the MINING? Or would the
CIRCULATION be taxing on the power grid?
To me, the best case scenario for crypto is that it becomes like
precious metals : insurance from hyperinflation.

Not a response to your post really @Killthebank. Interesting
video. The quote by Charlie Munger made me post here, I think
it's extremely fitting and most people would be wise to consider
it as I'm sure most people never do, the quote is: "If you
disagree with somebody, you want to be able to state their case
better than they can." — Charlie Munger. And as the narrator
concludes, only then have you earned the right to disagree with
someone.
Warren Buffett: Why You Should NEVER Invest In Bitcoin
(UNBELIEVABLE)
--- Quote ---
> Warren Buffett is the greatest investor of all time. In this
video you will hear his opinion on Bitcoin, including the new
2021 comments! Very important to watch this regardless of your
attitude to cryptocurrencies (and absolutely necessary if you
own any of them!) As Charlie Munger says, “If you disagree with
somebody, you want to be able to state their case better than
they can.” And at that point you've earned the right to disagree
with them.

"Most People Have No Idea What Is Coming..." - Charlie Munger's
Last WARNING
--- Quote ---
> Charlie Munger warns investors of what’s ahead for the
markets. He says, the trouble that’s coming could be worse and
harder to fix than what was experienced during Volcker’s era
that ended up with a huge recession.

partner (right hand man) of Warren Buffett, Charles T. Munger
has a net worth of around $2 billion. He is a profoundly wise
man who is absolutely worth listening to, especially when it
comes to investing, the psychology of wealthy people,
rationality, and life experience.

I think this quote perfectly highlights how skewed things have
become under this Judeo-Western-Capitalist worldview.

Warren Buffett Brilliantly Explains Levels Of Wealth

I would add most Westerners will never be truly wealthy
regardless of how rich they become. I look at some of the
richest Western types and cannot help recognize how broke they
still are as people. Most Westerners are broke people....

Techlead is a drop in the bucket compared to the Rothschild
family. Still, good on Kira for calling him out.
I recommend Coffeezilla and Spencer Cornelia for content
regarding crypto scams, ponzi schemes, fake investment gurus,
NFT rug pulls, etc. Amazing that most of perpetrators are not
rotting in prison. However, all the victims have one thing in
common: They're greedy. They're also stupid expecting >10%
returns.
Side rant: Holy Shit! The Freenvesting videos are swarming with
crypto investor promoting spam bots in the comments!
