"I feel like most of these moves by Nintendo were not done to
please the kids but to please the adult parents."
This is why I have to agree with rp, that Mortal Kombat is more
of a symptom of the false left. It's rebellious, but for the
wrong reasons. As for fighting games in general, I love the
concept of them, but I feel like I either have to get really
good at them, or just not play at all. The skill ceiling for
fighting games is so high, that it doesn't feel nearly
satisfying enough to just know the basics. And if I choose to
get good at a fighting game, then that's gonna take a huge chunk
of my time, and obviously I would still have to maintain
whatever skill I acquire by practicing. Smash Bros is marketed
as more of a party game, so it sort of escapes this by giving
off the illusion that it has a low skill ceiling (even though
the competitive tournaments say otherwise). Smash Bros was one
of my favorite game series growing up

I agree with rp about Mortal Kombat. Even its graphical style
gives it away as aesthetically Western:
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortal_Kombat#Graphics
The characters of the original Mortal Kombat and its
initial sequels were created using digitized sprites mostly
based on filmed actors, as opposed to hand-drawn
graphics.[41]
The intent was clearly to mimic 3D:
HTML https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKr0_NIEG2o
And sure enough, at the first opportunity to transition to
actual 3D:
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortal_Kombat_4
Mortal Kombat 4 is the fourth main installment in the
Mortal Kombat series of fighting games developed by Midway
Games. Released to arcades in 1997, Mortal Kombat 4 is the first
title from the series, and one of the first made by Midway
overall, to use 3D computer graphics.
Street Fighter, in contrast, stuck with 2D all the way to the
end of the 90s:

It goes without saying that the Street Fighter characters also
have infinitely more personality:

On the other hand, I still consider Metroid Dread to be 3D. I
will not be playing it. I did not play Metroid: Samus Returns
either, for the same reason.

Touché about digitized sprites; A point I forgot to mention.
Street Fighter the movie the game is another example of those
sprites and it sucks. Another point is that the Mortal Kombat
controls do feel very stiff compared to regular Street Fighter.
For the record: Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is the fighting game I have
enjoyed the most.

While I agree MvC2 had exciting gameplay, atmospherically I
prefer MvC1. One thing I dislike about MvC2 was the absence of
character-specific BGMs, instead going with stage BGMs, thereby
making the entire experience much less personality-driven. In
contrast, one of my favourite aspects of MvC1 was how the music
changes when another character takes over the battle:

Along similar lines, MvC2 also lacked character-specific
endings:

unlike MvC1:

"Even its graphical style gives it away as aesthetically

Yes. Westerners prefer more realistic art styles because it is
more mature, and in their minds, only that which is more mature
is more "serious". In contrast, non-realistic art styles are
"cartoonish" (I agree) and therefore childish (I agree!), and
things which are childish are not "serious".
Basically, in Westerners' minds, people who prefer cartoonish
video games are just childish people who are not interested in
"serious real world" (materialistic) things. I agree! What do
you think?

This is similar to what I was trying to get across in the old

Yes. The respective art styles of Western and non-Western games
and the mindset of the people who prefer each reflect the
Satanic and Luciferian rebellion, respectively, in terms of
original nobility.

The Decline of Gaming
In the last 10 or so years it feels like the quality of
video games and especially Triple A titles has declined. But
why? With advancements in technology, higher budgets, larger
teams of developers, how could gaming as a product be getting
worse?? Well, that's what I'm here to tell and show
you...
HTML https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sFrG02xpAw
One thing I have noticed about many of the video game commentors
on Youtube in regards to the decline of Activision Blizzard and
World of Warcraft is that none of them have ever arrived at the
conclusion that with each expansion that is added to an MMO
(massive multiplayer online) the game becomes even more complex,
an obvious Western attitude! How do you ever solve any problem
by adding more complexity to it? Even the reduction of fractions
in math is a simplification for crying out loud! Westerners for
the most cannot see the fact that the more complex a system
becomes the more errors and problems that system will ultimately
suffer from and create. The same goes for life in general, the
more complexity you subject life to the more errors and problems
will arise. "This is not rocket science!" — A famous western
slogan.
These sentiments also circle back to the Schopenhauer attitude
of most people actually being pretty dull. I would add that
every Westerner is DULL!!!
It should be noted that gaming has declined because of
complexity, but in particular it has declined due to the rise of
the cloud and online features. These functionalities have
allowed AAA publishers/developers to ship games half-finished
and loaded with DLC and microtransactions. And you can forget
about inviting friends over to play splitscreen/LAN or playing a
casual game with bots. The guy who made that video to his credit
has made a video about the importance of splitscreen play, but
he judges games (in particular shooters) heavily on their online
play. He doesn't think to play with bots or call for the
inclusion of offline bots to replace online play (for which you
have to pay a monthly subscription). Game preservation in my
opinion is the same as preserving great works of art, since
videogames are art. Anyone who contributes to this must have at
least a drop of Aryan blood in their veins.
