What she say about residential schools is accurate. Compulsory
schooling is indeed abnormal, civilizationally speaking. In all
other historical civilizations, schooling was optional. Only
Western civilization was cruel enough to make it compulsory and
thus subject every child born since (including us!) to terrible
trauma that most of us would have been spared had Western
colonialism never happened.

Hard to get an entire population into factories to build
machines if they must also look after their children. Western
schooling was never intended from it's inception to truly
educate Westerners, or anyone else for that matter, but rather a
place Westerners could drop off their children so that they
could work their 9 to 5 job.

about the appearance of those who'd want to be part of the cast,
even without knowing a thing about the director or the network.
